My wife and I came here at the recommendation of a friend who has good taste. The food was absolutely fantastic and we were greeted warmly by the owner who was very kind. He was very friendly and told us about the business and made the food promptly. He had great pride in his restaurant as he should. I went with his recommendation and just got the butter chicken which was great and my wife got a vegetable dish which she absolutely loved too. The food was very filling and left good tastes in our mouths. The garlic naan was delightful. It was very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside at the same time; the perfect texture. We will definitely be back even though we live on the other side of town, and we will pass the recommendation on as our friend recommend it to us.

My husband stumbled upon this jewel hidden on Division Street. We parked in the back and entered the back door. I had Chai, which was really good. The vegeable pakora was perfectly cooked and the mango chutney was just the right amount of sweetness. Lentil.soup was an explosion of flavors with a little heat. The lamb madras and chicken channa were delicious. The naan and parathma balanced it all nicely. Friendly staff, fresh food, pleasant atmosphere. Lovely dining experience.

The food was absolutely incredible! This was easily the best Indian Food I’ve ever had! I had the vegetable samosas, Rajma Aloo, and vegan garlic naan. The building and dining room look rough, but the food was so good and flavorful! It is a tad on the pricey side. Honestly, I’d rather have a little smaller portion, and knock the price down a little bit.

Best food ever! The chicken korma is delicious and the samosa chaat is my favorite food that I have ever had. My family has been going here for years and everything we have ever tried has been superb.

Awesome place with great atmosphere. Very authentic food. Not watered down like other places. fresh to order. I traveled all the way from Allendale to eat here.

I always order from here! It is my absolute favorite place to get indian food! I always order the methi chicken for myself and the chicken tikka masala for my brother! The methi chicken can be ordered spicy, but if you prefer not it has a beautiful sweet tomato-based sauce! The samosa are hearty and wonderful!

My husband & I tried this restaurant for the first time and we were blown away! The owner greeted us as we stepped through the door, fast service and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD! I wasn’t extremely hungry, so I just got a chicken noodle soup I didn’t know chicken noodle soup could even taste that delicious! Everything is made FRESH, the owner is so kind and takes great pride in his work...AS HE SHOULD!We will definitely be back!!!!

Food was great they took the time to explain what we were getting. Listened to our concerns over how spicy. Tony made recommendations after asking us a few questions about our tastes. Food was served fast and hot. I’m sure my wife and I will return and try other recommendations. Not crowded at all. We went for dinner. Soon I think I’ll try lunch buffet. We came home with four boxes of left overs. The portions were very generous.
